Most mornings are very busy and I don’t have time to be making different breakfast recipes for absolutely everyone, but I also don’t need to serve them sugary cereals both. Normally I could make those Keto 1st baron beaverbrook Egg Cups but all of us wanted a change!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 slicesmozzarella cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 lb gournd sausage
  • salt & pepper taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook sausage through and add eggs.
  3. Stir until cooked and set aside.
  4. Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
  5. Bake cheese for 5-6minutes or until edges starts to brown. Remove cheese from the oven and allow to cool down.
  6. Divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese and roll.
